Business and Technology Partnerships ::
Partnership model
Our relationships with business and technology partners
are streamlined into three differing variants. These alternatives
easily allow our partners to identify crucial needs with their clients
and have us assist them solve their client’s needs.
The three partnership variants are described below.
1. Service Alliance
Partnership
Core function:
Professional Services for Pre-and-Post Sales
Business and technology partners outsource their
requirements and assign us to help implement ICT projects for their
clients. The scope of work may scale from taking ownership to implement
an end-to-end system integration project to a smaller scale task like
designing and implementing a sub-system to a larger ICT system.
2. Maintenance Support
Partnership
Core function: Post
Support
Our business and technology partners can continuously expand their
roster of clients by outsourcing post-support tasks to us. Post support
activities include systems and part maintenance, which demand attention
to details, problem solving ability and is often manpower intensive. As
such, we can absorb this burden and help our partners maintain
projects, which they’ve implemented. Our scope of work may include
provision of email, interactive, phone-based to on-site customer and
technical support.
3. Development Alliance
Partnership
Core function:
Development and Enhancement
The rising demand for our development and enhancement expertise
reflects the increasing level of trust and confidence from our business
and technology partners. They call on our expertise to develop
large-scale business-critical systems to high security and encrypted
communication networks. Our past experiences include helping our
partners enhance their products or solutions functionality to suit
their clients, solution re-engineering to replicate and modify their
clients systems and jointly developed software expressly for use
by
their clients.
